Aleesha Young established herself as the top female professional bodybuilder during the final quarter of 2010s. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family that was born in 1984. Her father had a career in bodybuilding and her brothers played sports like ice hockey. Aleesha played softball, soccer as well as basketball until she got into bodybuilding when she was 15. Aleesha's pro card was earned after she won NPC USA Championships. She began her professional career in 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was ranked ninth. In 2015, she remained in her ninth place. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha placed sixth place in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Her first show as a professional took place at that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance in the WOS Rising Phoenix took place in the year 2020, when she snagged the 4th place. However, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short break from the sport due to health issues.
